We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fine art transport company. As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to help the company grow and achieve its financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall objectives.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure that all financial reports and statements are accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to help guide decision-making.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

Manage and mentor finance team members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.

Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and provide insights to senior management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Experience in the fine art transportation or logistics industry preferred.
