We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Country Manager to oversee the day-to- day operations of our fine art transport company. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including transportation, logistics, and warehousing.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.

Manage and train staff, and ensure that all employees are performing at the highest level.

Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and to build long-lasting relationships.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in fine art transportation or logistics, with at least 3 years in a management position.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience working with fine art or high-value goods is mandatory.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
