We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide support to both the General Manager and CFO of our transport company. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing their schedules, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage the General Manager and CFO's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and preparing presentation materials.
Conduct research and gather data as needed to support decision-making.
Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and answering phone calls.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
