SALES MANAGER

Starcorp

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our transport services. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Manage and motivate the sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management position.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Experience working with high-value goods is preferred.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
